I promised you guys something special so here it is. Its not a recipe but a snippet that a friend of mine wrote. I am so very blessed to know him and his amazing twin sister. They both have such sweet genuine spirits and being around them makes you smile. A huge THANK YOU goes out to Everett for graciously allowing me to post this for all of you. I love you all!

As one eats one grows.

The WORD is what I feed on.

I feed, and I go about my day with the nutrition it gives, every cell within my body benefits from it's goodness.

I must stay active.
For if I sit and eat the WORD, yet don't stay hard at work, I will become over weight. Full of the weight the WORD, without the reward of it. if I don't utter a word or move my hand for Christ's sake.
Vanity is where I will fall.

Therefore, I will take in Christ's WORD and exhibit the health that is gained.
I will work, and become strong as I taste the goodness and use it to grow myself and bless others.

Gods WORD is food for all!
